Terms & Conditions

1. About us

This website is operated by Road to Self Esteem ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in the United Kingdom. By accessing this site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase products from this website. By placing an order you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and pricing

We offer a Digital Workbook and a Physical Workbook. Prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, withdraw products, or correct pricing errors at any time. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. A contract is formed between you and us only when we send you an order confirmation email.

5. Digital Workbook — express consent

The Digital Workbook is supplied as an immediate download after payment. By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel as soon as the download is made available to you. See our return policy for full details.

6. Physical Workbook — delivery and returns

Physical orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment being processed and acknowledged. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. You have 14 days from receipt to cancel a physical order, subject to the conditions set out in our return policy. Returned items must be in original, pristine, resaleable condition with all packaging intact. Return shipping (tracked) is the customer's responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the workbooks and on this website — including text, design, illustrations, exercises, and downloadable files — is the intellectual property of Road to Self Esteem and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the workbook for your own self-development. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or share the materials in any form without our prior written permission.

8. Not professional advice

The Road to Self Esteem workbooks, community, and any related materials are provided for personal reflection and self-development only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing mental-health difficulties, please consult a qualified professional. By using our products you acknowledge that we are not liable for any decisions you take based on the materials.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any product or use of this website is limited to the price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Community access

Where community access is included with a purchase (for example as a launch bonus), access is granted for the period stated at the time of purchase. We may moderate, suspend, or remove members whose conduct is abusive, unlawful, or harmful to other members, without refund.

11. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. We use your information to fulfil your order, provide customer support, and — where you have opted in — to send you email updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will govern that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Contact
