Return policy
Please read carefully before completing your purchase. Different rules apply to the digital and physical workbooks.
Digital Workbook — no returns
The Digital Workbook is delivered as an instant download immediately after payment is received. Because the product is supplied digitally and made available to you the moment your payment is processed, all sales are final and no returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered once the order is placed.
Under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance-sold purchase. This right does not apply to digital content once download or streaming has begun, provided you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right.
By completing the purchase of the Digital Workbook, you:
- Give your express consent to receive the digital download immediately, before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.
- Explicitly acknowledge that, by downloading or accessing the file, you waive and lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel the contract.
- Confirm that you understand the Digital Workbook is non-refundable once made available to you.
Physical Workbook — 14-day returns
If you purchase the Physical Workbook, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel and return it. To start a return, contact us via the contact page within that window.
Physical items must be returned in their original, pristine, and resaleable condition, with all original packaging intact. We reserve the right to reduce your refund amount up to 100% of the purchase price if the returned product shows signs of use, copying, or handling that diminishes its retail value.
Return shipping is your responsibility. You must use a tracked shipping service and retain the tracking number until your refund has been processed. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit when sent without tracking.
Once we receive and inspect the returned workbook, we will process any refund due within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Faulty or damaged items
If your physical workbook arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
